We provide property management services to owners of residential and small commercial properties.  Service packages can be flexible according to the owner's needs.  Our team offers a diverse property management background in single and multifamily residential, retail, office, and transitional properties.  For owners of multifamily properties, we also act in a consultative capacity offering services such as leasing associate training, analysis of leasing and tenant retention methods, customer service reporting, and temporary leasing office staffing.


This service is provided for free each time we list a property for sale or lease, and periodically during the marketing period.  For those instances when a price opinion is needed outside of a sale circumstance, or in order to evaluate a potential purchase decision, we do offer an in-depth CMA on a fee basis.  In addition, we offer quick turnaround price opinions to lenders and other agencies charged with property workouts and REO valuation.


Our lengthy background in both commercial and residential development and sales allows us to provide lenders and legal professionals with expert management, accounting and reporting, with timely and equitable disposition of property in a wide array of receivership scenarios. Even the most complex receivership cases have been successfully closed under our care while exceeding lender expectations and satisfying court ordered requirements.
